Return Policy

We prioritize your contentment. The majority of our items are eligible for return unless tagged "non-returnable" on the product detail page. Here's what to note:

• Return items within 30 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
• Racquets/Paddles should maintain their protective handle wrap and zero usage marks. 
• Footwear should appear untouched with no visible wear traces. When sending back, use the original container but cover it in paper.
• Gear, apparel, strings, and other accessories should be in their initial packaging, untouched, with all tags intact.
• Return shipment costs fall on the purchaser. If we're at fault, we'll absorb all related shipment fees.
